Shipping policy

All lab order requisitions will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase from either info@synergisticlabs.net.  Lab results will be delivered to you via email typically within 2-10 business days following your blood draw. This amount of time to receive results will vary depending on number of markers on a test ordered and how long it takes LabCorp to process your specimen.

 

Hormone replacement therapy medications may take up to 10 business days to arrive to you. Delays are soley dependent on compounding pharmacies turnaround times. When your medication is ordered a long and elaborate process takes place. Firstly your medication is ordered through our portal, if it is a compounded medication our prescriber will need to manually sign off on the medication. You may be receiving medication from multiple compounding pharmacies meaning we will need to have medications signed off with multiple pharmacies. Once this process takes place, your medication is then compounded/made by a compounding pharmacy. This process can take up to 48 hours. After this process is complete, your medication will then be reviewed by the compounding lead pharmacist and then dispensed. Finally, your medication goes under one final to review to ensure all the items in your shipment are correct and then it is shipped.
