Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order a laboratory test now?

Laboratory testing is available through our test catalog. Review the selected test's laboratory, included markers, instructions and location restrictions before ordering. Availability depends on the test and the location where testing will take place.

Does a laboratory purchase include treatment or a prescription?

A laboratory purchase provides the testing service described in its listing. It does not include a telehealth treatment appointment, medication management or a prescription unless expressly stated. The clinician responsible for a laboratory order may be different from a clinician who provides treatment.

Which medication programs are being prepared?

Our planned initial selection includes tirzepatide, semaglutide and Microdose Tirzepatide for the weight-management program, and NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin for the wellness program. Availability and program details are being finalized. New enrollment in these planned programs is not currently open through these website pages.

Prescription required. Compounded medications are not FDA approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Who would provide care for the new program?

The planned medication program will use Architek Health Provider Network, P.C., and its affiliated providers. A clinician must be appropriately licensed for your physical location and determine whether care is suitable for you. See Medical Providers & Licensing for the planned network and pharmacy, as well as our existing provider information.

Does a consultation guarantee a prescription?

No. The treating clinician reviews your individual circumstances and decides whether treatment is appropriate. The clinician may need more information or recommend a different evaluation or care option.

What will the new medication program cost?

Confirmed pricing has not yet been published for the planned program. Contact our team for current information. Before purchasing any service, review the complete charges, any recurring billing terms, and the applicable Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refund Policy.

Are medications and laboratory tests available in the same states?

Not necessarily. Laboratory access depends on the selected testing service. Telehealth treatment depends on the treating clinician's authorization, your physical location, clinical eligibility and pharmacy availability. Availability of a lab test does not establish eligibility for medication treatment.

How do existing patients get support or request a refill?

Continue using the care and refill instructions provided by your treating clinician. You may use the Order Refills page for your established refill process or Contact our team for administrative assistance. Clinical questions and prescription decisions belong with your treating clinician.

How should I send clinical records?

Ask your care team for the appropriate intake or records-submission method. Use our general contact form for administrative questions and help reaching the right team.
