Issues
Please inspect your lab order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is missing any markers requested, or if you receive the wrong lab order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For hormone replacement therapy please contact us if any medication is missing so that we can rectify the situation to best serve you.

Refunds cannot be issued for expired requisitions, and all requisitions are valid for 6 months.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
