Before ordering, check the laboratory, included markers, preparation instructions and availability for the test you select. If testing forms part of your medical care, confirm the required markers and acceptable timing with your treating clinician.
What a laboratory purchase includes
Your purchase covers the laboratory service described in the test listing, including the applicable order and results process. It does not include a telehealth treatment appointment, ongoing medication management or a prescription unless expressly included in the service listing.
Laboratory ordering is coordinated through participating licensed healthcare professionals and laboratory-ordering partners. The clinician responsible for your requisition may be different from a clinician providing medical treatment.
Appointments and treatment
Enrollment in the planned Architek medication program is being prepared separately. A laboratory purchase does not enroll you in that program or guarantee a prescription.
